What we collect

• Enquiry and booking details you give us: name, email, phone number, preferred dates, party size and any message.
• Account details if you sign in (email and name from Google or Apple).
• Chat messages you send our assistant, so we can answer and follow up.
• With your consent: anonymous product analytics such as searches, yacht views and page performance.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, confirm availability with the charter operator, manage your booking, and improve the site. Enquiry handling is necessary to perform our service; analytics rely on your consent; security and error monitoring rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site working.

Cookies we set

• Essential — sign-in session, your saved chat reference, and your cookie choice. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site.
• Analytics (consent only) — PostHog, used to measure searches, yacht views and enquiries. Form inputs and text are masked. Nothing is loaded until you accept.
• Error monitoring — Sentry collects technical error and page-performance data. It stores no cookies and no personal data.

Sharing

We share the details needed to secure your yacht with the Croatian charter operator for that boat. Our processors are our hosting and database provider, our email provider, PostHog (analytics) and Sentry (error monitoring).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or object to processing. Email hello@sailwise.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
